| Tips for creating and delivering your custom eBrochures on the web |
| • eBrochures that are over 5 MB should not be emailed unless you know that your clients can receive large file attachments. Some internet service providers limit email attachments to 5 MB. Call your clients to confirm their email file size limit. |
| • For large eBrochures over 5 MB, it is best to host the eBrochure on your company website and allow your clients to download it. |
| • Send an email to clients, describing your event with a link to download the eBrochure from your website. |
| • For webmasters: Make sure to include information on the webpage to "right-click and save the file to the computer" so the eBrochure will download to the user's computer. |
