The Aruba Convention Bureau team is excited to kick off 2026 with a series of events connecting with meeting planners across North America and Europe. In early March, we’ll be in Healdsburg, California, for Northstar Meetings Group’s Luxury & Wellness Meetings, where we’ll meet one-on-one with planners seeking luxury and wellness-focused venues. It’s the perfect opportunity to showcase Aruba’s unique offerings for high-end and wellness experiences. Later in March, we head to Europe for the Group Communications River Xchange in Luxemburg and Frankfurt. Over four days of meetings and curated networking, we’ll connect with planners to foster meaningful, long-term partnerships and share everything Aruba has to offer for unforgettable events. In late April, we’re back in California for sales calls across San Diego, Los Angeles, and Orange County. Highlights include hosting clients at a luxury suite during a San Diego Padres game—cheering on Aruba’s own Xander Bogaerts—and intimate luncheons to showcase the island’s venues and experiences. Finally, in May, we’ll join more than 4,500 global event professionals at IMEX Frankfurt, Europe’s largest trade show for meetings and events. We can’t wait to connect with planners and inspire them with Aruba’s vibrant culture, exceptional service, and unforgettable venues. With each stop, we’re bringing the Aruba experience directly to planners, showing why the island is the ultimate destination for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events.
