Through a recent CSR project, participants of a meaningful incentive program not only experienced the warmth of Aruba but also left behind a lasting contribution to our community. Earlier this year, our island welcomed a U.S.-based technology company for its incentive program at the Hyatt Regency Aruba. Over four days, 64 participants enjoyed a vibrant agenda of receptions, excursions, and a business meeting, balanced with a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project.

Participants joined forces to assemble bookshelves that were donated to two local schools. To make the moment even more special, representatives and students visited the resort to receive the donations and share their heartfelt gratitude. Thanks to the financial support of the Aruba Convention Bureau, the initiative expanded to include additional bookshelves, extending the positive impact across the community.

This initiative was made possible through a collaboration of the Aruba Convention Bureau, Hyatt Regency Aruba, and destination management company Arawak DMX. Together, they showed how incentive programs on our island go beyond creating unforgettable memories, they also inspire lasting contributions that strengthen our community.
