We’re pleased to announce that the application for ED Card group pre-payments has been approved, effective for arrivals starting March 1, 2026. This option allows companies to pre-pay the Sustainability Fee on behalf of their group, streamlining the ED Card process for travelers. Steps to Follow: Request a Group Payment Number (e.g., AWSS-2026-0001). Email info@awss.aw to request your Group Payment Number and the Group Payment Form. AWSS will provide the necessary spreadsheet to complete. Fill out the spreadsheet as follows: Column A: Enter each traveler’s passport number. Column B: Enter the nationality corresponding to the passport listed in the same row. Please submit your request at least 7 business days in advance. Once the Group Payment Number is issued, payment can be made via bank transfer, or through your DMC, if previously agreed. After payment is completed, travelers can fill out their ED Card online.
